It is shown theoretically that in the resonant magnetic field, the two
cyclotron masses (m(c+) and m(c-)) in a GaAs/AlGaAs harmonic quantum
dot are each split into two cyclotron masses. The upper branches of m(
c+) and m(c-) are increasing functions of temperature, while the lower
branches of m(c+) and m(c-) are slowly decreasing functions of temper
ature. The results also show that the resonant magnetic fields are dep
endent on the size of the quantum dots.
