Abstract
This case discusses the diagnosis of obstetric factitious disorder in a 27-year-old woman with bleeding per vagina, The case illustrates the need for a high index of suspicion in patients with unexplained physi cal symptoms during pregnancy, and highlights issues related to subseq uent child care.
