Abstract
We report a case of the heparin-induced thrombocytopenia and thrombosi s syndrome presenting with acute ischemia of a lower limb. The patient was successfully treated by withdrawal of heparin products, intraarte rial urokinase, and platelet anti-aggregation therapy consisting of De xtran and aspirin.
