Abstract
Neuropathy and coronary artery disease are uncommon complications of d iabetic pregnancy in the population of young reproductive age women, a nd experience is limited. Because maternal and fetal outcome may be gr ave, these complications pose a special challenge to the perinatologis t. Medical and obstetric management of such patients are discussed.
