Abstract
A case of postinfarction ventricular septal rupture in a thrombolyzed patient is described. Coronary angiography revealed normal coronary ar teries, The interrelations of long-term survival of postinfarction ven tricular septal rupture, thrombolysis, and normal coronary arteries ar e discussed.
