Abstract
The potentiometric response characteristics of a solid electrode based on 4,4',4 '',4'''-tetra-tert-butylphthalocyanine cobalt(II) pressed i n a pellet have been studied. A potentiometric sensor with satisfactor y response properties for ascorbic acid is obtained by doping the comp ound with iodine. The response mechanism of the electrode is investiga ted by comparing the properties of electrodes based on different metal phthalocyanine compounds doped with iodine.
