Abstract
Two lectin affinity immunoelectrophoretic techniques, i.e., crossed af finity immunoelectrophoresis and lectin affinity electrophoresis combi ned with antibody-affinity blotting, are reviewed. These procedures ar e suitable in structural studies of serum glycoprotein glycans. Applic ations of these techniques in fields of biochemical and clinical inter est are discussed.
