Abstract
Ventricular perforation is an unusual complication after endomyocardia l biopsy in heart transplanted patients. We report a case of asymptoma tic right ventricular perforation and pseudoaneurysm formation, second ary to endomyocardial biopsy, diagnosed by angiography. The spontaneou s obliteration of the pseudoaneurysm was observed.
