Abstract
We report the case of a 13-year-old boy with vitiligo who developed li chen planus involving both vitiliginous skin and normally pigmented sk in, Biopsy of lichen planus surrounded by a depigmented halo revealed a dermal infiltrate composed of CD3+ T cells and macrophages. The asso ciation of these skin diseases may indicate a pathogenetic relationshi p.
