Abstract
Wearing dentures can be an extremely uncomfortable experience for peop le with xerostomia, Despite several ingenious designs, the problem of combining saliva substitutes with a simple, effective, and readily cle anable dispensing system has not been satisfactorily resolved, The pre vious difficulties were analyzed and methods of overcoming them were d evised. A new design for a reservoir denture is presented that maximiz es capacity and is easily maintained by the wearer.
