Abstract
We describe a volunteer unrelated peripheral blood progenitor cell don or with previously diagnosed dermatitis herpetiformis in whom the admi nistration of G-CSF for the mobilization of precursor cells induced ac ute iritis, G-CSF has been administered to healthy people with minimal side-effects but when used in patients with autoimmune disorders wors ening of symptoms or new manifestations may be a potential concern.
