Abstract
Adenomyomatosis of the gall bladder is a classical but seldom recogniz ed cause of gallbladder wall thickening. The authors review the imagin g features of this disease and emphasize the value of ultrasound and M RI. Although considered a benign disease, some recently described case s of neoplastic transformation may warrant surgery.
