Abstract
Niemann-Pick disease (NPD) is a metabolic disease in which cirrhosis i s relatively common; however, there is no known association of NPD wit h hepatocellular carcinoma. We present a case of metastatic, multifoca l hepatocellular carcinoma in a 4-year-old boy with NPD and onset of c irrhosis in infancy.
