p - AgInSe2 thin films on titantium substrate was obtained by electrod
eposition method and some photoelectrochemical properties of thin film
s were studied. We discovered a periodically electrochemical oscillati
on phenomenna on AgInSe2 electrode during H2O2 cathodic reduction and
the frequency of the oscillation waves are effectively controlled by t
he frequency of chopped light, it may be developed into photoelectric
senser.
