Abstract
Nanometer-sized Bi2O3 organosols with different interfacial coatings a nd cation/anion ratios were synthesized through microemulsion method. It was found that cation/anion ratios have more significant effects on the luminescence of organosol system than the properties of surfactan t do. This phenomenon was explained.
