Abstract
We report on three patients with large lipomas in the wall of the cecu m, causing intussusception. Endoscopy is the preferred modality for sm all Lipomas, whereas CT and MR imaging are more useful in their abilit y in detecting fatty masses and assessing the location of lesions, Bar ium enema study may contribute to the preoperative planning in selecte d cases.
