Renal vascular injuries such as transection, thrombosis, dissection, a
nd arteriovenous fistula formation are unusual but weil-recognized con
sequences of blunt abdominal trauma. We discuss a rare case of renal a
rtery pseudoaneurysm presenting 6 weeks after blunt abdominal trauma t
hat was successfully treated with selective embolization.
