Abstract
This report describes a large adrenal cortical tumor with a significan t component of mature adipose tissue in a 40 year old woman. No bone m arrow elements were identified in multiple sections. This lesion, repr esenting most likely an adrenal cortical adenoma with extensive fat ce ll metaplasia, has not been previously reported and must be differenti ated fi-om adrenal myelolipoma.
