Abstract
We implement optical spectroscopy to study charged excitons (trions) i n modulation-doped GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells. We observe for the first time several new trions: the positively charged exciton, the light-ho le negatively charged exciton and the triplet state of the negatively charged exciton.
