Abstract
We report on a theoretical calculation of the optical anisotropies in (113)-grown corrugated GaAs/AlAs superlattices using a 6-band k . p va lence band Hamiltonian. By comparison of the calculation with the expe rimental polarization of the superlattice luminescence we can estimate the corrugation height to be at most 0.3 nm.
