Abstract
SR 48968, amido-4-phenylpiperidinyl)-2S-(3,4-dichlorophenyl) butyl]ben zamide is a potent and selective non-peptidic antagonist of the NK2 re ceptor. A photoactivatable analogue containing a diazirine moiety also binds with high affinity, This compound is potentially useful for ide ntifying residues at the antagonist binding site of the NK2 receptor.
