Abstract
A method for rapid determination of human myoglobin was developed. The method is based on the technique of membrane immunoassay with light-s ensitive nylon membranes for covalent immobilization of antibodies. Th e kinetic of binding of myoglobin with immobilized antibodies was stud ied. The pumping of reagents through the pores of a membrane allows to reduce the total assay time to 40 min. The sensitivity of membrane as say of myoglobin was 20 ng/ml. A semi-quantitative method with visual detection also was proposed. It allows to distinguish various states o f myocardial infarction pathology.
