On the basis of the process of the acetylthiocholine iodide hydrolysis
. catalysed by the enzyme inesterase and the obtaining of an electroac
tive product, an amperometric sensor is created. Art electrochemically
modified graphite electrode is used, with covalently linked directly
on its surface acetylcholinesterase. It is demonstrated that it can be
applied to the quantitative determination of some acetylcholinesteras
e inhibitors insecticides and pharmaceuticals and for establishing the
ir influence on the acetylcholinesterase activity.
