A kind of review of recent developments of the very-high-field EPR tec
hnique and applications is presented, the largest part of attention be
ing attracted to studies of molecular structures and molecular and che
mical dynamics of free radicals, biradicals and some paramagnetic comp
lexes. The very recent results on thermal spin polarization effects on
high-field / low-temperature EPR lineshape are overviewed. These effe
cts are proved to provide a novel approach to study systems with S > 1
/2, particularly radical pairs, radical clusters and biradicals.
