Abstract
Several analogues of the standard M13 sequencing primer that contain u p to five 3'-deoxypsicothymidines, or one or two such units labeled wi th fluorescein at the 1'-position, have been prepared. All these oligo nucleotides have been shown to prime the DNA-polymerase-catalyzed synt hesis of DNA.
