O. Haruyama et al., REVERSIBLE STRUCTURAL RELAXATION IN MELT-SPUN CO80-XCRXB20 (X=20, 25 OR 30) AMORPHOUS-ALLOYS, Journal of non-crystalline solids, 207, 1996, pp. 706-710
The structural relaxation in melt-spun Co80-xCrxB20 (x=20, 25 or 30) a
morphous alloys was investigated by measuring the residual electrical
resistance (liquid-N-2 temperature). The reversibility, the specific l
ogarithmic kinetics and the cross-over effect were confirmed for the c
hemical short-range ordering (CSRO) process Co50Cr30B20 alloy. Isother
mal measurements were performed mainly for this alloy, and the results
were interpreted by the activation energy spectrum model. Spectra of
activation energy showing three peaks were obtained by numerical calcu
lations based on Lagrange multipliers.
