Abstract
A measuring and computing method and device are proposed for determini ng the essential arterial blood pressure parameters in humans by a non invasive method, not requiring an occlusion cuff. Consideration is giv en to the working principle of the primary transducer, as the chief un it in the device, and to a computing algorithm for calculating the ess ential arterial pressure parameters as a systole and diastole in a dig ital artery.
