Abstract
A new class of feedthrough-cancellation techniques for SI circuits bas ed on adaptive clock-signal modification is presented. These technique s allow automatic error attenuation to levels below 0.1% of the signal range, even for small-geometry current-mirror transistors (4 mum/3.2 mum), and without additional circuitry at the track-and-hold stages.
