Abstract
The detection of electroinactive ions using conducting polymers has be en described previously. In this work we show that the analytical perf ormance of this method is greatly improved using microelectrodes. The use of microelectrodes overcomes the problems associated with the impl ementation of this detection scheme in low conductivity eluents.
