M. Fukushima et al., HIGH-RESOLUTION INFRARED-ABSORPTION SPECTROSCOPY OF JET-COOLED MOLECULAR-IONS, Chemical physics letters, 230(6), 1994, pp. 561-566
Rovibrational spectra of H-3(+), HN2+, and H3O+ generated in discharge
jet-expansion have been studied using a difference-frequency infrared
source. The rotational temperatures were determined to be 120 +/- 20,
273 +/- 20 and 150 +/- 20 K for H-3(+), HN2+, and H3O+, respectively.
Some dynamic phenomena of the jet-discharges are also discussed.
