Abstract
The gravity maps locally derived from the PVO and Magellan gravity LOS data present strong correlations, but also some discrepancies. We ana lyze in detail the probable origin of these discrepancies over a test region on Venus, the Gula Mons zone. We also study the optimal merging of the two data sets.
