Abstract
Pentacarbonyl complexes of molybdenum and tungsten with phenylphosphin o)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (TPTA) have been prepared and cha racterized. The compounds possess four M(CO)5 units per ligand, with a n octahedral coordination environment for each metal atom, all bound t o the phosphorus donors from the pendant arms.
