Properties of a relativistic plasma dispersion function (PDF) that is
required for the description of waves propagating perpendicular to a m
agnetic field in a fully relativistic, magnetized, Maxwellian plasma,
are presented. Series, asymptotic series, recurrence relations, integr
al representations, derivatives, generating functions, approximations,
differential equations, and connections with standard transcendental
