Abstract
The synthesis of some arylpiperazines with a benzamide moiety on N-4 a lkyl chain was accomplished and their dopaminergic and serotonergic af finity was assayed by in vitro receptor binding. The results of such i nvestigation showed a moderate affinity on D-2 receptors and a lack of 5-HT receptor affinity.
