The dispersion law of the collective modes of the one-dimensional elec
tron chain into a channel filled with liquid helium is calculated theo
retically. The dispersion law is shown to include two branches. One of
them is optical with the threshold frequency depending on the holding
electric field. The expession for the dispersion law of collective mo
des is obtained in the magnetic field parallel to the holding field.
