The dependence of the electromagnetic processes on time in the isolate
d rod made of HTSC Bi1,6Pb0,4Sr2Ca2Cu3O(y) (type II superconductor) wa
s studied. When H>H(c1) circular rings developing from the Josephson c
urls closed to themselves appear on the surface of the HTSC sample. Fo
r the first time the dynamics of their nucleation, motion with the fol
lowing extension and escape from the sample were studied. For this pur
pose the variation with time t of the signal of the dynamic complex ma
gnetic susceptibility chi'(T, t, I) after switching off I was studied.
It is found that owing to their long lifetime, the signal chi'(T, t,
I) remains unchanged tens of seconds.
