Abstract
The mechanism of high-T(c) superconductivity is developed, which accou nts for the behavior of the superconducting transition temperature in YBa2(Cu1-xM(x))3O7-delta (M = Mn, Zn, etc.) as a function of the atom concentration x and the oxygen index 7-delta. The influence of paramag netic impurities substituting the Cu2+ ions in the CuO2-planes of yttr ium ceramics upon the superconducting transition temperature is studie d.
