Abstract
At Braun, swan-neck robots are used not only for removing parts from t he injection moulding machine, but also for automating ancillary opera tions, such as marking or flash removal. This provides a significant i ncrease in productivity and demonstrates that with correct planning, c ompetitive production is possible even in a production factory located in Germany.
