Abstract
The relation between the relativistic form factor and the charge radiu s r(ch) is examined with respect to the structure of the deuteron. The relativistic correction (known as the Darwin-Foldy term) to r(ch) is related to the relativistic form factor of a composite system a la Mit ra and Kumari applied to the deuteron.
