Abstract
Internal carotid and subclavian artery aneurysms combined in a single case, diagnosed noninvasively with scintigraphy, are described here. A tomographic brain perfusion study was also performed to evaluate hemi spheric perfusion distribution for deciding on the use of a carotid sh unt. A carotid angiogram was also obtained before the operation, in wh ich the aneurysms were removed and the artery was repaired with end-to -end primary anastomosis.
