Abstract
Primary antiphospholipid syndrome is characterized by venous and arter ial thrombosis, fetal loss, or thrombocytopenia in association with an tiphospholipid antibodies and no associated disease process. The autho rs report a case of lower extremity thrombosis in a 12 year old who ha d primary antiphospholipid syndrome. To our knowledge, this is the fir st report of peripheral arterial thrombosis in primary antiphospholipi d syndrome in the pediatric population.
