Abstract
Tracheobronchial tree injuries occur in a small number of patients aft er blunt chest trauma, and their occurrence is even more uncommon in t he pediatric trauma population. The authors present the case of a 2 ye ar-old boy who presented with rupture of the trachea and disruption of the right upper robe bronchus and bronchus intermedius.
