Abstract
Adenocarcinomas usually have a complex genome comprised of multiple ch romosomal alterations. These neoplasms rarely express a single genomic change. We report the first case of an endometrial adenocarcinoma dem onstrating a single genomic variation in chromosome 1 associated with a 2 1/2-year survival.
