A library of subroutines has been written for rapid modeling of broadb
and atmospheric emission and transmission. Features include multiple g
ases, multiple bandpasses, multiple atmospheric paths, accurate line o
verlap correction, ability to model any observation geometry, and comp
lete control of atmospheric layering and state definitions. Numerical
procedures and examples of use are described.
