Abstract
Active realization of 2-oxoglutarate, malate, and oxaloacetate is obse rved after administration of lactate dehydrogenase. The levels of tran samination and urea formation are within the normal range. By its targ eting of oxidative metabolism, lactate dehydrogenase may be regarded a s a biogenic factor correcting the glycolytic processes.
