Abstract
The effects of ivermectin on the activities of lactate dehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and glucose-6-phosphatase have been estimated in IB-RS-2 cells in vitro. A 72-hr time course following iv ermectin exposure indicated a decrease in the activity of lactate dehy drogenase. The activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and glu cose-6-phosphatase remained essentially unchanged. (C) 1994 Academic P ress, Inc.
