IMPULSIVITY, VENTURESOMENESS, EMPATHY AND SCHIZOTYPY

This is a study of the relationships between Impulsivity, Venturesomen ess and Empathy, on the one hand, and two Schizotypy scales, STA, meas uring Schizotypal personality and STB, measuring Borderline personalit y, on the other hand. It was found that women low on Impulsivity and V enturesomeness and high on Empathy had significantly higher scores on STA and lower scores on STB. Men, however, high on Impulsivity and Emp athy had significantly higher scores on both STA and STB, while those high on Venturesomeness were higher on STA only.
