Vulvar sarcomas are uncommon, comprising only approximately 2% of all
vulvar malignancies. Consequently, most reported series contain only a
few cases. We add to the literature 10 cases of various primary sarco
mas of the vulva, including previously unreported cases of angiosarcom
a and a neoplasm resembling Ewing's sarcoma. The only histologic featu
re helpful in determining prognosis was tumor necrosis.
