Abstract
The plastic surgeon must frequently deal with the aesthetic repair of cleft earlobe deformities. Many techniques have been described, each c laiming to achieve the best results. In this review of the literature, we discuss the various operations for the treatment of this condition . A classification of the traumatic earlobe clefts is proposed, and so me basic principles for surgical treatment are suggested.
