Abstract
The composition of microflora from the nasal mucosa is determined in c hildren from 4 ecologically contrasting regions, and diagnostics of th e Staphylococcus carriership is performed studying the antilysozyme, a ntidefensin, and antihistone activity of microorganisms. It is establi shed that the carriers of St. aureus strains with antihistone activity and the carriers of sporiferous bacilli predominated in ecologically unfavorable regions.
