The composition of microflora from the nasal mucosa is determined in c
hildren from 4 ecologically contrasting regions, and diagnostics of th
e Staphylococcus carriership is performed studying the antilysozyme, a
ntidefensin, and antihistone activity of microorganisms. It is establi
shed that the carriers of St. aureus strains with antihistone activity
and the carriers of sporiferous bacilli predominated in ecologically
unfavorable regions.
